Customized Training
Recoup up to 50% of the costs associated with training prospective employees or  current staff, so you can "get them up to speed," without breaking your budget!

Employed Worker Training
There is a great need for skills upgrade training within Florida’s existing workforce. Employers, who identify the need to upgrade their current workforce skills in order to improve retention, occupational skill attainment, and earnings of staff, may be reimbursed 50% of their training costs.

On-the-Job Training
Would you like to hire an employee, train him in your own specific way of doing business, and have South Florida Workforce pay for up to 50% of his wages? We thought you would.

Quick Response Training
The State's version of Customized Training focuses on attracting and expanding businesses in Florida that produce an exportable good or service. Use the grant money to create full-time positions that require customized entry-level skills.

Incumbent Worker Training
The State's version of Employed Worker Training similarly focuses on retaining and expanding for-profit businesses in Florida, by helping cover the costs of training your existing employees. Why not take advantage of it?!
