2009 Training Expo...

Finding the right career can be a challenge. Discover how the world of work has changed, where the real job opportunities are, and how to get the right information every jobseeker needs to achieve his/her career goals. You can do all of this and more at the 2009 South Florida Workforce Training Expo.

The event, which is from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., is a unique opportunity for jobseekers, those in career transition and residents experiencing barriers to employment to engage with representatives from more than thirty (30) training and vocational institutions that will be providing certified trainings in a number of occupational categories.

Online registration is being offered to grant eligible attendees complimentary entrance to the Training Expo. As such, registering in advance is being strongly recommended in order to guarantee time with a training provider to discuss your training and career objectives.

There will be no on-site registration at the event.

Once you have satisfactorily registered, you will receive a confirmation number. It is very important that you either print the confirmation page, or have your confirmation number with you since this information will also serve as your ticket for admission.

Due to the nature of this event and the limited time to complete the process, please refrain from bringing children. We can only accomodate individuals that have pre-registered.

The deadline for registration is October 15th, 2009.
