Audit Committee:This Committee shall be responsible for making policy recommendations to the SFWIB on the matters assigned to it by the Chair or, in the event of a vacancy in the office of the Chair, by the Vice-Chair.  This Committee shall develop policy recommendations to the SFWIB with respect to the financial and budgetary oversight and monitoring responsibilities of the SFWIB, including, but not limited to, the review of SFWIB monthly financial reports and SFWIB budgets.

Focus: The focus of this committee is SFWIB finances.

Objectives: Develop and recommend annual budget for SFWIB.

Review annual SFWIB audit.

Review bi-monthly financial reports.

Review fiscal monitoring reports.
