Customer Service Comments/Complaints
At South Florida Workforce, our customers are at the center of everything we do. Our philosophy is one of continued improvement and that means we welcome any feedback or questions you might have.
We want to hear your thoughts about our services and provide you with practical solutions and advice about your workforce development needs.
You can contact us via email, phone, fax or mail and we will attempt to handle your inquiry promptly between the hours of 8:00 am and 5.00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
If we have failed to provide you with the service you expect, you may let us know by doing the following:
- Address the issue with your Case Manager, Job Developer or an appropriate staff member at the
Career Center;
- Address the issue with the Case Manager's
Supervisor or the Career
Center Manager and
- Request a review of your issue with the
Career Center Director.
